I see ALL ages for tics/Tourette's and BFRBs (hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting, etc.). For all other treatment I see clients age 18 and older.
I take only Anthem insurance (sometimes BCBS will work even if it isn't labeled as Anthem--you might want to check with your insurance company).
I do not take Medicaid or Medicare versions of Anthem (such as HealthKeepers PLUS).
Otherwise, you will self-pay for each session--you can contact your insurance to ask if they will reimburse you if you submit a superbill (I will not submit it).
