• Mondays are telehealth only.

• In person sessions are only available Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons/evenings.

• Summer hours differ (June, July, August)

• You can choose a mix of in person and telehealth sessions--any session can be made telehealth, even at the last minute.
